Family Apartment [3-room]

Spacious Family Apartment of 41 to 47 m² consists of three rooms: a living room with a double sofa bed that can serve as extra sleeping space and two separate bedrooms with double beds that can be separated. The apartment also has a kitchenette and a bathroom. It's ideal for families with children who value space and comfort during their stay. Each apartment has a balcony. Some apartments have a partial view of the construction site, but this does not affect comfort during the stay.

The apartments are located in buildings no. 4 and no. 5.

We do not guarantee the apartment’s location in a specific building. Allocation depends on availability on the day of arrival.

Building no. 4: a building full of attractions: Aquapark & Wellness, Kids Club, Game Room, Forest Gym;
Building no. 5: conference center, banquet hall where, for guests’ comfort, we also serve breakfasts and dinners;

CLEANING SERVICE: For stays of at least 6 nights, we offer a one-time cleaning service on request. Please request it at reception. The service includes towel replacement (only if left on the floor), bathroom refresh, trash removal, and refilling water and coffee set. For stays shorter than 6 nights, paid room service is available.

Please note some apartments may have a partial view of a neighboring construction site unrelated to the hotel. Periodic disturbances during the day due to ongoing works may occur.
