Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy defines the rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided by users in connection with their use of the services offered by the Forest Park Resort & Spa website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").

The administrator of personal data contained on the Website is FOREST PARK OPERATOR Sp. z o.o., ul. Widok 8, 00-023 Warsaw, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs under NIP: 5252926024 (hereinafter referred to as the "Data Controller" or "DC").

For the security of the entrusted personal data, the DC operates on the basis of internal procedures and guidelines consistent with applicable legal acts regarding the protection of personal data, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).

The DC exercises particular care to protect the interests of individuals whose data is processed, ensuring that personal data are:

• processed lawfully,
• collected for specified, lawful purposes and not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes,
• factually correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed,
• stored in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data are processed.

The DC collects information about users and their behaviour through voluntary submission of information via forms, for the following purposes:

• responding to user inquiries submitted via the contact form, pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR,
• accepting reservations through the online booking system, pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR,
• performance of services provided by the DC, pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR,
• marketing, including the sending of commercial information to the e-mail address, if the client has consented to it by selecting the appropriate field during the booking process, pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent for processing data for marketing purposes and sending commercial information may be withdrawn by clicking the relevant link in the received message or by sending a request to the DC's e-mail address,
• pursuing the legitimate interests of the DC in specific cases, pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, e.g. debt collection.

Upon the first visit to the Forest Park Resort & Spa website, the user is informed about the use of cookies. Remaining on the website constitutes consent to the use of cookies. Failure to change the browser settings by the user is equivalent to consent to the use of cookies.

Changes to cookie settings take effect after the website session is restarted or refreshed.

Users of the Website whose data are processed have the right to access, modify, delete, restrict, or withdraw consent to the processing of their personal data at any time.

The DC reserves the right to make changes to the Website's Privacy Policy, which may result from the development of internet technologies, legal amendments regarding personal data protection, or the development of the Website.
