Wir haben über Booking.com gebucht und es war nicht ersichtlich, dass es sich um eine Großbaustelle handelt. Ich finde man sollte gerade zu der Anlaufzeit eines Hotels auch einen Rabatt gewähren. Das Apartment war sehr neu, aber es fehlten mir gewisse Dinge, die für ein Hotel bzw. Resort obligatorisch sind. Die Preise für Massage etc. fand ich einfach nur frech. Und dann geht man nur paar Meter ins Restaurant und dort bekommt man sehr günstig sehr gutes Essen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war dafür sehr gut. Schade nur, dass viele Mitarbeiter nicht wirklich freundlich wirkten. Auch würde ich empfehlen, dass Flyer in verschiedenen Sprachen zu veröffentlichen.

Nejde vlastně nic vytknout. V samotném resortu naleznete vše k Vaší plnohodnotné relaxaci. Doporučuji pokoj s privátní saunou, který jsem využila. V apartmánu najdete také vše co k stay (nejen ve spa) potřebujete, včetně fénu, županu, velké množství ručníků ale i varné konvice, kávy, čaje, lednice, mini kuchyňky... Wifi je rychlá, se signálem na mobil to bylo horší, ale vzhledem k tomu, že se nacházíte bezprostředně vedle lesa se není čemu divit. Parking for příplatek-garáž for 60 PLN, venkovní for 40 PLN.

Very spacious rooms, cleanliness, courtesy of the staff are great advantages of this hotel. A sauna in the bathroom is an extra thing. The only slight downside is the food. A hotel of this type should be tempted to get better meals, considering the price of the stay. Greater variety and quantity. Overall, we were satisfied.

Hotel takiego pokroju powinien pokusić się o lepsze posiłki zważywszy na cenę pobytu. Większą rozmaitość i ilość. Ogólnie byliśmy zadowoleni.

In March, we were the whole family in Forest Park. The stay in the hotel, smelling of novelty, was quite pleasant, if there were a few drawbacks: There are no clear rules here: - the hotel gives a discount on equipment rental, but it depends on the reception staff; - This is a hotel and everywhere it is clearly written that there is daily cleaning in the main building, where we stayed. But only 2 days before arrival, in an e-mail from the hotel, there was information in small print that in the main building no. 1 there is cleaning, but in the main building no. 2, where we had a reservation - cleaning only once every 4 days for a 6-day stay; - underground parking paid 60 PLN, but the parking lot is neither closed nor monitored. Anyone can enter there; -the apartments have kitchenettes, so they provide cooking. But there is so little cutlery and kitchen utensils that it is impossible to use it. The only absolute plus of the whole hotel is the very helpful and friendly staff, apart from the manager. And the proximity of the slope and the view of Swieradów (which I advise you to fight for when booking) - are an absolute advantage of this hotel.

W marcu byliśmy całą rodziną w Forest Parku. Pobyt w hotelu, pachnącym nowością był całkiem przyjemny, gdyby bie kilka mankamentów: Tu nie ma jasnych zasad: - hotel daje zniżkę na wypożyczalnię sprzętu, ale to zależy od pracownika recepcji; - to jest hotel i wszędzie wyraźnie jest napisane, że w głównym budynku, gdzie zatrzymaliśmy się, jest codzienne sprzątanie. Ale dopiero 2 dni przed przyjazdem w mailu od hotelu była zawarta drobnym drukiem informacja, że w głównym budynku nr1 owszem jest sprzątanie, ale w głównym budynku nr2, w którym mieliśmy rezerwację- sprzątanie tylko raz na 4 doby przy 6-dniowym pobycie; -parking podziemny płatny 60zł, ale parking nie jest ani zamykany ani monitorowany. Każdy może tam wejść; -apartamenty mają aneksy kuchenne, więc przewidują gotowanie. Ale jest tak mało sztućców i przyborów kuchennych, że nie da się z niego korzystać. Jedyny absolutny plus całego hotelu -to bardzo pomocny i życzliwy personel, oprócz managerki. No i bliskość stoku i widok na Swieradów (o który radzę powalczyć podczas rezerwacji) - są absolutnym atutem tego hotelu.

The hotel is a new facility in Świeradów, open for a month and a half. Construction works are still underway in the hotel in other buildings. The reception staff is very communicative and competent. The report went quickly and without any disturbances. The receptionist provided all the necessary information during the check-in. The rooms are large, spacious and clean. Outdoor parking is paid 40 PLN per day, but you have to be very lucky to find a free space. Underground parking paid PLN 60 per day. In my opinion, parking should be free. The hotel restaurant is long and narrow, the tables are tightly arranged, it is difficult to pass. There are no napkin holders, spice holders or containers for used sugar and spice containers on the tables. A smorgasbord located too close to the tables. On the buffet table, hot dishes mixed with partners with cold cuts, vegetables, etc. I suggest launching a second coffee point at the entrance to the restaurant, it will reduce the queues for drinks. The restaurant staff during the meal consists of 90 percent Thai or Vietnamese citizens, who do not understand Polish, no communication in Polish with hotel guests. Despite the described shortcomings, I recommend this facility. The hotel staff is still learning, I hope that the suggestions provided by hotel guests will be used to improve the quality and comfort of the stay.

Hotel to nowy obiekt w Świeradowie czynny od półtora miesiąca. W hotelu trwają jeszcze prace budowlane w pozostałych budynkach. Obsługa recepcji bardzo komunikatywna i kompetenta. Meldunek przebiegł szybko i bez zakłucen. Recepcjonistka w trakcie meldunku przekazała wszystkie niezbędne informacje.Pokoje duże, przestronne i czyste. Restauracja hotelowa długa i wąska, stoliki ciasno ustawione ciężko przejść. Na stolikach brak serwetników, przyprawników oraz pojemniczków na zużyte opakowania po cukrze i przyprawach. Szwedzki stół usytuowany za blisko stolików. Na szwedzkim stole dania ciepłe wymieszane z partnerami z wędliną, warzywami itp.. Sugeruję uruchomienie drugiego punktu kawowego przy wejściu do restauracji rozładuje to kolejki po napoje. Obsługa restauracji podczas posiłku złożona w 90 procentach z obywateli Tajlandii lub Wietnamu nie rozumiejąca języka polskiego zero komunikacji w języku polskim z gośćmi hotelowymi. Mimo opisanych mankamentów polecam ten obiekt. Obsługa hotelu nadal się uczy mam nadzieję że przekazywane przez gości hotelowych sugestie zostaną wykorzystane w celu polepszenia jakości i komfortu pobytu.

Przy 6 dniowym pobycie nie było sprzątania. Nie jasne informacje dot. sprzątania z podziałem na budynki. Brak informacji podczas rezerwacji, że w około jest jeden wielki plac budowy. Brak szafek na nart i buty. "Pokój zabaw" to pokój wielkości połowy apartamentu. Animację raczej dla dzieci do 2-4 roku życia. Na plus bliskość stoku, ładne widoki i cisza.

We spent an extended weekend at the Forest Hotel. The hotel is brand new, very nice décor. Rooms with a separate bedroom, kitchenette and a sauna in the bathroom - a hit. Breakfasts are varied and very tasty. The reception, Mr. Kacper especially, very helpful and nice. The slope right next to the hotel - sensational. The stay was very successful.

Jedyna uwaga dla chcących się czepiać to na wyposażeniu aneksu kuchennego był tylko jeden nóż i to ten z 'ząbkami' do krojenia pieczywa (nie wliczając w to noży stołowych). Polecam!

Dishes for children are always the same, not very varied. I expected something more. The lack of an outdoor playground for children would be useful without a doubt. It is also a pity that outside the main building there is no towel change. This is a big disadvantage, which we found out only 2 days before arrival.

Dania dla dzieci ciągle te same, mało urozmaicone. Oczekiwałam czegoś więcej. Brak placu zabaw zewnetrznego dla dzieci-przydał by się bez dwóch zdań. Szkoda tez że poza głównym budynkiem nie obowiazuje wymiana ręczników. To duży minus, o czym dowiedzielismy się dopiero 2 dni przed przyjazdem.

At the moment, there are minor minuses: there was no ski room in the building, a playroom for children made of a hotel room, quite cramped with several people. Certainly, when the facility is fully finished and it is possible to use the swimming pools, I will be happy to return for a family sports and recreational stay.

Na ten moment z drobnych minusów: brakowało narciarni w budynku, sala zabaw dla dzieci zrobiona z hotelowego pokoju, dość ciasno przy kilku osobach. Z pewnością gdy obiekt będzie w pełni wykończony i będzie można korzystać z basenów, będę chętnie wracać na rodzinny pobyt sportowo rekreacyjny.
