Standard Apartment with air conditioning

The 30 m² Standard Apartment with air conditioning is a comfortable space, perfect for couples or small families. It consists of one room with a comfortable double bed that can be separated and a fold-out double sofa bed for extra sleeping space. There is also a kitchenette for meal preparation and a fully equipped bathroom. Air conditioning is an added convenience, especially on hot days. Each apartment has a balcony.

Apartments are located in buildings 4 and 5.

We do not guarantee an apartment in a specific building. Allocation depends on availability on arrival day.

Building 4: a building full of attractions: Aquapark & Wellness, Kids Club, Game Room, Forest Gym;
Building 5: conference center, banquet hall where breakfasts and dinners are served for guest comfort;

CLEANING SERVICE: For stays of at least 6 nights, we offer a one-time cleaning service upon request. Please notify reception. Service includes towel replacement (only if left on the floor), bathroom refresh, trash removal, water refill, and coffee set replenishment. For stays shorter than 6 nights, paid room cleaning is available.

Please note some apartments may have a partial view of a neighboring construction site, independent of the hotel. Periodic disturbances from ongoing work may occur during the day. Apartments are allocated based on current availability without location guarantees. Thank you for understanding.
