To ensure maximum comfort during high occupancy times, we serve breakfast and dinner in two locations: the dining room in the main building and the banquet hall in building no. 5. Reception staff will inform you of your assigned location upon check-in.

Pressotherapy treatment – a treat for your body! Get rid of swelling, improve circulation, shape your figure, and reduce cellulite with a pressure massage. Natural stimulation of lymphatic flow is the key to health and beauty.
Hydra Glow treatment - Hydration and vitality. A unique moisturizing therapy based on two Hydra Drain & Hydra Lift massages using the Ice Roller. A dynamic, fresh treatment created for anyone looking for a visible effect: immediate glow, hydration and vitality.

Rejuvenating treatments - face

Gua sha stone massage – a natural face lift. A relaxing massage using a gua sha stone improves lymph flow and blood circulation, which reduces swelling and puffiness. With regular use, it reduces the visibility of wrinkles and firms the skin of the face, neck and décolleté, giving it a youthful appearance.
Facial massage with an algae mask is an intensively regenerating treatment that stimulates the synthesis of collagen and elastin, supporting the renewal of damaged epidermis. The algae mask, enriched with natural betaine, deeply moisturizes, smoothes and firms the skin, reducing the signs of aging.

Rejuvenating hand care

A luxurious paraffin treatment for hands. The treatment begins with a thorough exfoliation of the epidermis, then the hands are immersed in a warm paraffin bath. Finally, we massage in a nourishing cream that deeply regenerates and softens the skin, giving it a silky smoothness.

Salt Cave

Spending time in a salt cave is considered rejuvenating due to several factors that have a positive effect on the body:

moisturizes, regenerates, supports the production of collagen in the skin - improves the overall condition of the skin;
improves circulation, accelerates cell regeneration - which gives better oxygenation of the body;
reduces the amount of cortisol, free radicals - this reduces stress and improves sleep;
reduces swelling, improves skin tension - this causes skin detoxification.

Drinking radon water treatment

It mobilizes the body to repair itself, ensures: better circulation, more antioxidants, better cell renewal;
Radon in small doses can help reduce inflammation, which is crucial for the health of the skin and tissues. This improves skin elasticity, reduces muscle and joint pain, and this in turn makes a person feel younger;
After water therapy, the quality of sleep and stress reduction are noted - which in practice means fewer wrinkles and more vitality. And regeneration is the key to a fresh, youthful appearance.

Winter activities in the Jizera Mountains

Winter in the Jizera Mountains is a fairytale time - silence, snow creaking underfoot and fairytale forests. We are an excellent base for winter activities, such as:

Skiing, snowboarding - the Resort is located right next to the Ski&Sun ski slope (50m);
Regional Polish cuisine at the Jizerska Restaurant with live music;
Cross-country skiing - from Stóg Izerski along the specially prepared Cietrzewia Trail;
Adult attractions: Forest SPA, entertainment and attractions schedule;
Winter hiking - the Resort is located right next to the hiking trails, 50m from the gondola lift that takes you to Stóg Izerski;
Ski equipment rental at the Resort (available from December 5, 2025).

After winter activities, you can leave your equipment safely in the on-site storage room at the Resort;
