The Run Track features three paths: an easy one (5 km), an intermediate one (7 km), and a hard one (10 km). The paths lead entirely along gravel roads and forest paths. You can enter the paths at any time. They form a loop which means you will never get lost. You will always reach the starting point.
Single Track bike trails are divided into four levels of difficulty: very easy, easy, moderately hard, and hard - each has a color assigned to it. The easiest loop is two-way, on the more difficult ones you can travel in one direction only.
