Sports massage
This treatment is designed for active people (amateur or professional). It helps prepare for increased physical effort or supports regeneration after exercise or muscle injury. The Jizera Mountains are a great place for bike lovers - both MTB, gravel and trekking. You will find well-prepared trails, beautiful views and picturesque routes through forests, peat bogs and mountain ridges.
