Stóg Izerski, rising to 1105 m a.s.l., is one of the highest and most recognizable peaks of the Izera Mountains. Every year it attracts crowds of visitors, delighting them with panoramic views of the surrounding mountain ranges. Several trails of varying difficulty lead to the summit, with the most popular one starting in Świeradów-Zdrój. It’s worth noting that Stóg Izerski is part of the Crown of the Lower Silesian Mountains.
The peak is located in the northwestern part of the Izera Mountains, near the Czech border. Administratively, it lies within the municipality of Mirsk, although the nearest town is the picturesque spa resort of Świeradów-Zdrój.
