A place where history, the beauty of glass masterpieces, and true craftsmanship intertwine!
The operating Huta Szkła Kryształowego Julia (Julia Crystal Glassworks) is a unique point on the map of the Giant Mountains - a combination of history, the beauty of glass masterpieces, and true craftsmanship.
When on a guided tour, visitors can see the process of glassware creation from the design on paper through blowing, molding, decorating, and packaging of the final product. Combining traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques gives the opportunity to create unique products.
An interactive center called Krystalium operates at the plant. It is a modern form of presenting the regional history of metallurgy. The center is also a place full of experiments - at special stands you can feel like a metallurgist or a glass decorator.
Huta Julia also offers art workshops for both children and adults: Engraving and, Painting on Glass, and the World of Beads.
There are two branded stores, a café, and a large free parking lot for guests.
