Salt Cave - Izerskie Salt Center

Izerskie Centrum Soli located in a historic building of a former cinema offers rest, relaxation, and a large dose of health. In the charming salt cave with brine graduation towers, you will find peace, silence, and a whole range of colors used in color therapy and, most importantly, air saturated with salt, similar to that which prevails in the healing chambers of the salt mine in Wieliczka. The inhalation room, equipped with a professional Salina Vita salt generator, creates the atmosphere found by the sea during a storm or tempest. The device produces salt aerosol whose particles range from 1 to 5 micrometers, and its effects are medically confirmed.

At ICS you can also take advantage of the second cave, which is built from Dead Sea salt.
This is a completely new, unique cave, built specifically for you! Both this and the previous cave (Himalayan) are equipped with certified medical generators: one for oxygen and two for salt. Thanks to this, both caves have a microclimate similar to that on the seashore.
